If you’re lucky enough to be heading south this spring, you’ll want to make sure that you enjoy your vacation – not spend it being sick! Here are some tips to stay healthy: Be Proactive. Make sure your body is in its best shape before you depart, so that your immune system is strong. During the month prior to travel, be sure to eat well (more veggies, less sugar and processed food), exercise and get 8 hours of sleep every night. Take strategic vitamins/supplements and an immu
